The Mission Behind &you

Addressing an audience of over 300 young women, she emphasized that mental health conversations must start early and continue openly especially in environments where students are navigating academic pressure, social expectations, and personal growth.

Verzosa also introduced the mission behind &you, a platform focused on making health and wellness more accessible and proactive. She explained how the initiative empowers people to better understand their bodies and minds through modern health solutions, education, and preventive care. Reflecting on the importance of prioritizing mental health, she shared:

“Taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body. Your mental health is your greatest wealth, and investing in it is never a waste.”

Creating Safe Spaces for Mental Health

The message resonated strongly with the students: taking care of your mental health is not a weakness it is a form of strength. By encouraging open dialogue and awareness, the event created a space where young women could feel seen, heard, and supported. For many in the room, the talk was more than just a lecture it was a reminder that prioritizing your well-being is one of the most powerful decisions you can make for your future.
